The X-Interval is an in-person weekly training program that seeks to improve one’s running performance in a comprehensive structured manner.

It is important that runners cross train to prevent over-use injuries and for more effective recovery.
These are HPB-sponsored programs and its FREE, HPB has collaborated with some established studios.
