Program: A Variation of Running Workouts with Inclined Training Every 3rd Week of the Month

X-Runners LSD

Sunday, 6:30am - 8:30am

Meeting time: 6:15am
Flag off: 6:30am
Meeting Point: Sports Hub, level 1 (near MRT station exit B)
Route: Sports Hub > ECP > Sports Hub
Distance: 20km (pace: OTOT)
Attire: Preferably X-Runners singlet if you have one. 😊
Post-run: Breakfast at 9am (gather at meeting point)
